Pacifica Wins Best in NZ

The Hengyi Pacific team are excited to announce that we have been selected as a winner at the International Property Awards-Asia Pacific Region, for our project The Pacifica. The International Property Awards are noted as being one of the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programmes throughout the regions.

Competing against the best property professionals across the Asia Pacific Region The Pacifica has won the following two awards

1. Hengyi Pacific NZ has won the award for Best Apartment / Condominium in New Zealand with THE PACIFICA
2. Hengyi Pacific NZ has won the award for Best Residential High-Rise Development in New Zealand with THE PACIFICA

The Pacifica is Hengyi’s first project in New Zealand but is an example of "world class in New Zealand". At 57 storeys (178 metres high), The Pacifica is New Zealand's tallest residential tower. Rising above the sparkling waters of the Waitemata Harbour, The Pacifica's unique form and hue are inspired by the rolling waves of Auckland's famous beaches. The building structure in its entirety, has the strength of a Pouwhenua anchoring the building to Auckland's skyline. The Pacifica redefines the quality of city living, bringing elegance and opportunity to a life lived at the centre of everything.

Hengyi's vision for creating meaningful places for communities to thrive has been realised working alongside PM AECOM, Plus Architecture, and construction firm Icon. The team have created a building that connects and interacts within the city in which it resides.
